The Mediterranean Women's Fund
Aims to support women's actions and projects originating from around the Mediterranean region (Morocco, Algeria, Tunisia, Spain, France, etc.), with the goal of furthering women's struggles for equality in the face of traditional patriarchal oppression and recent surges of fundamentalist extremism. Support for artists from developing and transition countries for guest performances in Germany by soloists and ensembles. Professional development, residencies, and fellowship opportunities for British and international artists to train in each others' countries. The Caledonia Foundation USA, Inc.
Broadly stated, its purpose is to preserve and strengthen the traditional bonds between Scotland, Canada, and the United States.
